Michael lives with his wife of thirty-plus years in Minnesota. They enjoy hiking the omni-present regional and state parks throughout Minnesota. They enjoy watching the birds and squirrels , who call their backyard home, as well as the deer, foxes and wild turkeys that sometimes come to call.
His passion for writing began while attending high school in Cincinnati, and he has written professionally as a sales and marketing professional in the hospitality industry for nearly forty years.
His heroes are his two daughters, who have graduated from Big Ten universities. When not spending time with his wife and daughters, he enjoys playing golf, and tailgating with friends before attending Gopher and Viking games. His favorite authors are Twain, Hemingway, Grisham, Flynn, Patterson, and King , and his favorite books remain For Whom the Bell Tolls, and The Old Man and the Sea.
